Chef / Cook (full-time / part-time, m/f/d)
In the SchreiberHof restaurant in Aschheim, Bavarian tradition meets modern culinary artistry. Our kitchen emphasizes fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from the region, combining craftsmanship with creative presentation. Whether serving in the cozy beer garden or presenting artfully plated dishes—we create culinary experiences that are authentic and unmistakable. Your Responsibilities
- Independently prepare and present dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
- Collaborate on creating and executing our diverse menu
- Ensure smooth operations at your assigned kitchen station
- Adhere to hygiene standards (HACCP) and uphold strict food safety
- Conduct quality control and proper food storage
- Assist with food orders and inventory management
Your Profile
- Completed training as chef/cook or equivalent professional experience
- Passion for fresh cuisine, regional ingredients, and creative plating
- Ability to work under pressure, team spirit, and organizational skills
- Independent, clean, and structured working approach
- Willingness to work early, late, and weekend shifts
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP guidelines
Service Staff (full-time / part-time, m/f/d)
SchreiberHof stands for Bavarian hospitality, authentic tradition, and heartfelt service—just a few minutes from Munich. Our service team ensures our guests feel welcomed and looked after from breakfast to dinner. We’re looking for an open-minded, motivated individual who brings professionalism, passion, and a smile to create memorable moments for our guests.
Your Responsibilities
- Attend to our guests during breakfast and evening service
- Prepare and wrap up the breakfast buffet and/or the evening restaurant
- Serve food and beverages with expertise
- Warmly welcome, advise, and assist our guests during service hours
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the service area
- Set up and clear buffets and support stock ordering
Your Profile
- Initial experience in hospitality or service is a plus
- Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented demeanor
- Flexibility for morning and/or evening shifts
- Team-oriented, reliable, and good communication skills
- Enjoyment in dealing with guests from around the world
- Good command of German; English skills are beneficial
